SCCB Membership

Membership in SCCB is effective through December 31, 2026, upon joining or renewing during the renewal period.

Individual Memberships: Include Realtor, Broker, or Public Official memberships.

Affiliate Memberships: Include Affiliate Organization memberships.

You may also print the membership application form and mail with payment or fax with credit card information to the SCCB offices.

SCCB Membership Renewal:
The 2026 SCCB membership renewal period is now open. Members eligible for renewal received their their 2026 renewal notices via email in December 2025 with monthly reminders to renew before annual drop of non-paid members in late February.
